Drop off your specialized items for recycling Monday – Friday,  from 7am – 4pm at Flat Can Recycling, 732 Hicks Drive, Elburn, IL 60119

Recycling fees apply. Cash and credit cards are accepted on-site.

Recycling: Aerosol Products, Block Styrofoam (#6), CO2, CO & Smoke Detectors, Car Seats, Hard Hats, Household Batteries, Latex Paint, Propane Tanks (16oz), Power Wheels & Plastic Children’s Cars, Strollers, Textiles & Clothing & Shoes

Pricing:

• Aerosol Products: $1 each
• Block Styrofoam (#6) – No food containers: $4 per lb
• CO2, CO & Smoke Detectors: $1 each
• Car Seats: $10 each
• Hard Hats: $1 each
• Household Batteries: $4 per lb
• Latex Paint: $0.50 per sample, $2 per quart, $5 per gallon, $20 per 5 gallons
• Propane (1lb/16 oz tanks): $4 each
• Power Wheels & Plastic Children’s Cars: $20 each
• Strollers: $10 each
• Textiles, Clothing & Shoes: Free
